“This year has been the most challenging I can remember, and our focus has been on how can we ensure our people are both physically and mentally well and enjoying what they are doing,” said Walid Sheta, Regional Cluster President of Egypt, North East Africa and Levant. “Healthy, happy people are the basis for an effective organization, and our aim has always been to ensure we are doing all we can to help our people physically, mentally and emotionally. With the OTM initiative, we want to ensure we’re giving our people the opportunity to grow within the company. These two awards are testament to our efforts this year. What matters most to me and all the team is how our people feel, and we’ll continue to prioritize their wellbeing and opportunities throughout 2020 and beyond
