ACE Moharram-Bakhoum signed its contract with Empire State Developments to be an engineering consultancy of “El Centro business complex” while is being developed by Empire State at the New Administrative Capital.
Ahmed Moharram, CEO of ACE Moharram-Bakhoum, founder and managing director of Anchorage Investments, said that the contract states that the group taking on the role of project manager to ensure the highest quality of implementation.
Moharram added that ACE Moharram-Bakhoum is one of the largest consulting firms and one of the oldest multidisciplinary engineering consultancy firms that operates on an international scale, not just locally.
He explained that the group provides multidisciplinary services in fields of project management, design, implementation supervision and planning, in addition to an integrated set of services and facilities related to construction to meet needs of each project with dedicated high-quality resources.
“El Centro” is characterized by its multiple amenities, modern Spanish design and unique location, in terms of its presence at the New Administrative Capital, which is considered as a national project implemented with the highest quality standards.
For his part, Chairman and CEO of Empire State Developments Mahmoud Elsarrag said that El Centro complex is located on 24,000 sqm and consists of 15 floors comprises 3 stores commercial mall and the other floors are allocated for medical and administrative units. “El Centro” also includes a multi-store garage with smart parking system. Besides, “El Centro” has a panoramic view on the central park in the middle of the New Administrative Capital.
Elsarrag elaborated that the name “El Centro” means the center in Spanish, due to its centric location of all main landmarks in the NAC, as well as, the project’s interior design are inspired by Spanish architecture. “El Centro” is close to the Great Mosque of Egypt, People's Square, the World Capitals Museum, the government district, Almasa Hotel, Gold Market, Opera House and Monorail Central Station.
